2008 Ironman Arizona Advanced Training Plan
This advanced Ironman training plan is structured for an athlete who has a goal of finishing an Ironman distance race in 12 hours or less. The plan calls for an average of 15 1/2 hours of training per week with two weeks of 20+ hours. The 19 week plan begins the week of December 3, 2008 with taper and race weeks corresponding with Ironman Arizona on April 13, 2008.
